Shannon & Cory

Shannon and Cory are such a lovely couple, and celebrated with a beautiful beachside wedding. They have known each other for many years, and so the wedding was the culmination of the friendship and relationship.

When rain threatened their ceremony (which was to be held on the lawn of Semaphore’s Time Ball Tower) they made the last-minute decision to move the ceremony to the deck of the Semaphore Palais. And being the troopers that they are, they took it all in their stride. It all worked out beautifully, in spite of the rain. In fact, I think there was something about the clouds and the rain that gave their beach shots beautiful colour and richness!

We made the most of our time that afternoon, scurrying along the wet sand at Semaphore beach, and then around the alleyways at Port Adelaide. Shannon and Cory’s wonderful bridal party all held out in the cold wind and rain for a fun afternoon of photos!
