Yantel & Jade

Last month, I made the trip up to Port Augusta for Yantel & Jade’s ANZAC weekend wedding. One of the biggest things that struck me was how warm and welcoming Yantel and Jade’s families were – and their incredibly close-knit dynamic. It was really lovely standing back and seeing everybody’s joy as they were getting ready for the wedding.

The weather was perfect and I loved being able to explore new scenery. It was quite an odd feeling being the “stranger” to a new town! I especially loved our visit to the Arid Lands Botanic Gardens – the scenery was breathtaking.

Yantel and Jade are such lovely people and they were so happy to be getting married! Yantel and her family also did a fantastic job in setting up the reception venue in the few days prior to the wedding – they did all the draping, fairy lights and of course the bombonniere themselves. It was stunning!
