Dee & Chris | Bridgewater Mill

Everything about Dee and Chris’ wedding was special, from start to finish. Two wonderful people who completely adore each other; proud family and friends; a moving and very emotional ceremony; and lots of personal touches. These ingredients made for a memorable, magical day.

Their wedding was held at Bridgewater Mill in the Adelaide Hills. The boys got ready in Hahndorf, while the girls got ready at the cottage on the Bridgewater Mill site (we were even paid a visit by a roaming koala, who was unfortunately a little camera-shy).

Dee and Chris had a special moment together not long before the ceremony began – without actually seeing each other! They held hands, with the other hidden from view. It was a powerful moment, with some tears (a few of my own as well!)

The reception was gorgeous as well – the theme was inspired by Chris’ love of food. He is a chef and a pretty good one, I hear! Their cake was adorable (you’ll see what I mean) and their tables gently reflected this theme.
